Event "Current opportunities for financing startups and within the framework of the EU program "Horizon Europe"
On April 25, 2025, as part of the activities of the National Contact Point (NCP) of the European Union Framework Program "Horizon Europe", aimed at supporting innovative development, an Information Event was held on the topic: "Current opportunities for financing startups within the framework of the EU program "Horizon Europe"".
The aim of the event was to inform Ukrainian startups, innovative enterprises, research institutions and organizations about current and future competitions, support tools, as well as conditions for participation in funding from the European Innovation Council (EIC).
The participants of the event received practical information about the current EIC Accelerator, Pathfinder and Transition competitions, application evaluation criteria and preparation of project proposals, experience of successful participation of Ukrainian teams in the program, opportunities for mentoring support and access to European investment networks.
The event became an effective platform for establishing contacts, exchanging experience, as well as finding potential partners for creating consortia and joint participation in Horizon Europe competitions.
Particular attention was paid to the development of European innovation ecosystems, the integration of Ukrainian innovative companies into the pan-European space and increasing their competitiveness in the global market.
The event was marked by a high level of interest and active participation of representatives of the startup community, which indicates the growing interest of Ukrainian innovators to opportunities for international cooperation and attracting external funding to implement ambitious ideas.
