Employees of the Expert Training Center participated in a webinar on new rules for forming job titles

On May 15, 2025, representatives of the Expert Training Center participated in a professional webinar titled "Abolition of the Occupational Classifier — Modern Rules for Job Title Formation." The event was organized to provide up-to-date information regarding changes in the regulatory framework for HR processes, particularly in connection with the cancellation of the existing Occupational Classifier.

During the webinar, participants received practical guidance and answers to the following questions:

  • What regulatory legal acts currently govern the formation of job titles after the abolition of the Occupational Classifier?

  • How should job titles be correctly formulated in HR documentation?

  • How to use derivative words when forming job titles (e.g., "deputy," "chief," "senior," "leading") and how to properly interpret bracketed terms?

  • Can a written employment contract with detailed job responsibilities replace a job description?

  • Which HR documents must be transferred to the company archive, and who is responsible for this process?

  • How to properly prepare the cover of a personnel file, compile an internal inventory list, and create a certification statement?

Special attention during the webinar was given to the issue of enterprises adapting to the new legal conditions in the field of personnel management. The importance of legal literacy in drafting HR documents and maintaining employee records was emphasized.

Participation in the event allowed the specialists of the Expert and Training Center to update their knowledge of personnel recordkeeping in accordance with current legislative changes, and to strengthen the Center's expert capacity for further consulting of businesses on HR management issues.
