The Expert Training Center received a perpetual license

The Center is not just a name—it’s a hub of rapidly growing opportunities. On July 3, 2025, our Center reached a major milestone in its history: the renewal and granting of an indefinite license to conduct educational activities in the field of vocational and technical education (Order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine No. 109‑L, dated July 3, 2025). This achievement, opening new horizons for hundreds of future specialists, became possible through the tireless work and exceptional leadership of Acting Director Hanna Shiyan and the collective efforts of the entire Center team.

The journey to obtaining the license was full of challenges. One of the greatest obstacles was the huge volume of required documentation. It demanded not only meticulous attention to detail but also a deep understanding of all legal requirements. Additionally, the lack of stable funding—which could have significantly accelerated the process—added another layer of complexity. In an environment of limited resources, every step required careful planning and creative problem-solving.

It was in such conditions that Hanna Shiyan’s leadership fully emerged—she personally led the process, demonstrating remarkable persistence and strategic thinking. Equally important was the active contribution of every team member of the Center. Working shoulder to shoulder, the staff put in maximum effort to achieve the common goal. The key steps that brought the Center closer to success included:

• Building effective collaboration with state authorities. The Acting Director, Hanna, continuously conducted negotiations, defended the Center’s interests, and reached mutual understanding with regulatory bodies, while the team ensured timely preparation of all materials and responses to requests.

• Organizing and overseeing documentation. This was a titanic workload requiring a systematic approach, team coordination, and numerous revisions. Each employee contributed their knowledge and skills to collate, systematize, and verify thousands of documents.

• Submitting documents and supporting the process, which involved fast response to inquiries and providing additional explanations as needed.

Thanks to this relentless pursuit of excellence and unwavering belief in their mission—through the united effort of the Acting Director and the team—the Center successfully passed all stages of the licensing procedure.

Obtaining the license isn’t just a formality—it’s a true triumph for the Center and our industry. The Center can now offer high‑quality vocational and technical education across various specialties. It opens doors for thousands of young people seeking in-demand skills and career success.

The Center’s success is a vivid example of how true perseverance, professionalism, and dedication from one person, combined with the committed and harmonious work of an entire team, can turn an ambitious goal into reality.
