The main tasks of the Center are:
1) Training, retraining, advanced training of employees and officials in order to acquire new and/or improve previously acquired competencies within the framework of professional activity or field of knowledge for enterprises, institutions and organizations, including those under the management of the State Fisheries Agency, that maintain and service land reclamation systems, ensure the implementation of hydrotechnical land reclamation regardless of the form of ownership, as well as provide training to the unemployed
2) Provision of paid services in accordance with the List of paid services that may be provided by educational institutions, other institutions and educational institutions belonging to the state and municipal forms of ownership, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 27.08.2010 No. 796, and other paid services.
