He began his professional journey in 1987 as a trainee radio mechanic at the Rivne Regional Enterprise "Pobutradiotekhnika"
From 1990 to 1993, he worked as an electroerosion operator at the Rivne "Gazotron" Plant
In 1993–1994, he served as a forwarding agent at the joint venture "Inter-Sampo"
Between 1994 and 1997, he was a storekeeper at LLC "Kamaz-Trans-Service"
From 1998 to 1999, he headed the Juvenile Affairs Service of the Rivne Regional Department for Family and Youth Affairs
From 1999 to 2002, he held various positions including Head of Department, Chief Specialist, and Head of the Department for Family and Youth Affairs at the Rivne Regional State Administration
In 2004–2005, he served as Chief Specialist of the Licensing Department within the Physical Education and Non-Olympic Sports Directorate at the State Committee for Sports of Ukraine
From 2006 to 2010, he worked as an assistant-consultant to a Member of the Parliament of Ukraine
From 2010 to 2014, he served as Head of Department and later Deputy Head of the Directorate for Regional Policy at the Main Department for Regional and Personnel Policy of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine

Since 2024, he has been serving as the Acting Director of the Expert and Training Center of the State Fisheries Agency of Ukraine
